Bye, Brilliance on Flickr.
The Brilliance of the Seas leaves Amsterdam. In the background, the Central Station and the modern architecture of the ‘IJdock’ building are visible.
I shot this photo using the m.Zuiko 9-18mm lens @14mm in very dull weather. I like the effect the heavy yellowish editing had on this scene. I think it gives it a kind of post-apocalyptic look.

Boxed on Flickr.
Wide-angle view from my apartment window. Looking out over the Piet Heinkade to the Kattenburgerkade, Dijksgracht and Wittenburgergracht. The square in front features a pattern of LED lights, which illuminate in a flickering pattern after sunset.
Luckily I was just in time to frame this picture with the sunlight coming in from an almost perfect 45 degree angle, causing the shadows and reflections to meet right in the center of the square.
